So this weeks photo challenge is white... yep just white. I have spent some time trying to decide what to take a picture of that would represent white. But actually what I ended up doing is taking a picture that I took in the fall of last year and playing with it in Light Room. I liked it so well that I decided to use this picture as WHITE. I don't know, what do you think?

Am I that old? Yep I guess I am...
So today we hit a new mile stone. My sweet daughter who turned 16 a few months back went to her first formal tonight. I was amazed at how quickly it brought me back to my days of high school and the excitement of the frilly dress, the formal dinner, the corsage... I don't miss those days, but they certainly have a sweet spot in my memory. Ty, I hope tonight leaves you with the same...
You all look amazing... enjoy this night, and your youth.

Weekly Photo Challange
Ok, so I have got two more for you. I am playing a little bit of catch up with the challenges and have been dealing with some very frustrating networking issues. All is solved, so here you go:
ROMANCE:
The next challenge was to get a picture of weather, well that was easier said then done. Yesterday morning we got a huge storm. As I left for work my front yard was a beautiful scenic picture of snow weighing heavy on the tree and bushes. Beautiful! However as per my normal schedule I had kids in the car waiting to go to school and work awaiting me. I decided to try to catch something that evening, but by the end of the day most of the snow was gone. I was able to catch some really nice lighting through the trees, but I am note sure it conveys weather. Oh well, I thought it turned out nice.

Weekly Photo Challange
So Paul, Cassie and I have been taking a photo class. It has been amazing (for the most part), and it has really motivated me to really understand my amazing camera (A Sony A55 - really an amazing camera). So I have decided that I would like to take on a weekly photo challenge. So here is the first challenge:
Drive 10 minutes from your home and take a B&W. Here is what I found:

Not to bad... I have got a lot of work to do for sure. But I am loving it, so bring on the work!
